A Rússia concentrou mais de 100 mil soldados nas fronteiras e exige que o Ocidente não admita a Ucrânia na OTAN, citando riscos à sua integridade nacional.
Até o momento, o Ocidente não consegue passar uma mensagem uníssona. EUA e Alemanha divergem em suas abordagens. A diplomacia parece não funcionar e as tensões vêm aumentando.
